As VIP on Potteracademy you have access to more functions than regular users:

- Smileys in your profile and mail
- BBcode Bbcode in your profile and mail
- Infobanner with character statistics
- You can choose your House
- Your character will never be deleted
- You can change your characters name
- You can organice your friends
- Your character will be shown at the top of the Marauders Map and be marked with a golden sign
